Ingredients
Material:
500 grams of beef 1 liter of water 50 grams of sun, soak cold water and drain 50 grams of short bean sprouts, wash 150 grams of fried soybeans 3 cm of ginger, spread lemongrass stems, spread 2 cm of galangal, spread 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
Softened seasoning:
7 onion grains5 garlic cloves3 cm turmeric, grilled5 pecan sangria1 tsp salt½ tsp pepper powder
Complementary:
Sliced onions, celery slices, fried onions and crackers
Sambal Soto:
150 grams of peanuts, fry and puree. Smoothed spices:
7 red cayenne peppers,
3 shallots,
2 cloves of garlic,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 tablespoon brown sugar sliced,

Saute all ingredients with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add 200 ml of water to a thick, lifted sauce.
